  We started the New Year with the installation of six beautiful new windows. Window World gave us a good price and excellent installation. The chief installer was named Steve. His work was excellent and he not only installed the windows but also fixed one of the other windows that we had purchased from another company three years ago and that service was free of charges. The entire process was seamless. The company is a franchise and this local business is a family affair working from Horsham.

  Steve came a little early and ready to work. He gave me an approx time he would be finished and he was right on. I was surprised that he was alone but he did a beautiful job putting in all the windows. He made sure I approved his work and he cleaned up all the areas. I am totally satisfied.

  I’ve had a great experience with Window world of Horsham. Friendly people, a great deal and quality windows. The actual experience I have to give a big shout out to Steve the installer, showed up on time, friendly, respectful, quality craftsmanship. Steve made the whole experience worth going with Window world thank you.

  I am very happy with my new patio door and window capping by window world. I am especially impressed with the customer service I received from Steve the door installer. He was very professional and Knowledgeable. He definitely puts the capital C in customer service. I will have to eventually get a couple of windows installed in the near future and I will request that Mr. Steve installed them. Thank you Window world!
